Explorers Sans Frontières (ESF) in partnership Penn Medicine and the Partnership CDC will host the 4th annual, “Spring into Health Community Day”, at Saunders Park on May 5, 2012 from 12:00pm-4:00pm.

The Community Day offered free medical screenings, financial workshops for attendees, and a physical fitness activities for the kids. The financial wellness workshop was hosted by Primerica and included information on heart disease, infection control, nutrition, physical fitness, stress relief, smoking cessation, diabetes, mental health, medication consultations, and much more. We will dedicate any donations received on behalf of our former volunteer from Penn School of Nursing, Jeffery Lee, the young athlete who passed away during the Philadelphia Marathon in November 2011.
